We offer "Free Cancellation" on selected properties up to 48 hours before check-in. For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds are processed directly to the original payment method (e.g., UPI or Bank Account) within 7-14 business days.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Providing false details (name, fake UTR numbers, or invalid IDs) will result in immediate account termination and legal action as per our fraud prevention policy.
